About the Role This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for defining and driving a culture of excellence and inclusion. The successful candidate will bring strategic oversight, deep expertise in SEND, and inspirational leadership to a committed team of Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) and colleagues across the wider organisation. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and further develop inclusive learning strategies in line with national legislation and best practices. Be an influential voice within the Senior Leadership Team, helping shape educational direction and inclusive values. Oversee and continually improve SEND provision, ensuring compliance with all statutory responsibilities. Line manage and support a team of dedicated LSAs, driving professional development and high standards of support. Foster a collaborative culture that puts learner wellbeing and progress at the centre of decision-making. What You’ll Bring: Degree or equivalent qualification (essential) Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – statutory requirement A high-quality degree in a relevant subject area (desirable) NASENCo Award, or willingness to achieve this within 3 years of appointment (desirable) Extensive knowledge of SEND education, legislation, and effective provision Proven leadership experience and the ability to influence, inspire, and deliver results Why Apply?
