In this role, you will work closely with the partner and senior associates, handling a varied caseload spanning all aspects of personal and corporate insolvency, including transactional, advisory, and contentious matters. You will act for a diverse client base, including insolvency practitioners, banks, lenders, investors, directors, companies, and individuals.THE CANDIDATE:The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE and demonstrate a strong level of technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of insolvency law. A solid working knowledge of the Insolvency Act 1986, Insolvency Rules 2016, and Companies Act 2006 is essential.You will bring substantial experience across a broad range of matters, including security reviews, administration appointments, business sales, transactions at an undervalue, preferences, and directors’ loan accounts, as well as winding-up petitions, bankruptcy petitions and estates, and matrimonial home proceedings. Experience in appointing and working with LPA Receivers would be highly advantageous.
