SALES NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR Location: Stoneleigh or Epsom, Surrey Salary: OTE £50,000 per annum Hours: Full time, permanent The Opportunity An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator to join a well established and highly respected independent Estate Agency in Epsom. This is a fantastic role for an ambitious property professional who enjoys working in a fast paced sales environment and delivering outstanding service to buyers and sellers alike. This role would suit either an experienced Sales Negotiator looking to progress or an established Senior Sales Negotiator who enjoys working within a motivated and successful team environment. The Role As a Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in supporting the continued growth and success of the branch. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with buyers and vendors, generating new business opportunities and ensuring the sales process is handled professionally from enquiry through to completion. Your responsibilities will include: - Registering buyers and matching them with suitable properties - Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers - Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers - Identifying and generating new business opportunities - Managing applicant databases and maintaining regular communication - Supporting the progression of agreed sales through to completion - Delivering a high level of customer service at every stage of the process - Representing the brand professionally within the local Epsom market About you To be successful in this role, you will be a confident and motivated property professional with a passion for delivering results and building strong client relationships. You will ideally have: - Previous experience working within residential estate agency sales - A strong sales ability and target driven mindset - Excellent customer service and communication skills - A professional and enthusiastic approach - A confident telephone manner and positive attitude - A well presented and ambitious outlook - Good knowledge of the local property market, ideally Epsom and surrounding areas - A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle What's on offer - OTE of around £45-50,000.
