MCS Group is looking for a skilled Financial Adviser to join a growing, renowned independent financial advisory firm. This is a brand new, full-time permanent job opportunity.

The Role:
* As the successful Financial Adviser, you will play a key role in:
* Manage a portfolio of existing clients with ongoing financial advice and reviews
* Build new relationships and attract new business through referrals and networking
* Provide holistic advice on business & personal financial solutions, savings & investments, mortgages
* Maintain accurate and compliant client records and reports
* Contribute to the practice's growth and reputation
The Person:
The successful Financial Adviser will meet the following criteria:
* Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent)
* Ideally CAS (Competent Adviser Status)
* Either currently advising or ready to step up into a client-facing advisory role
* Professional, ethical, and highly personable approach to client service
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
