We’re looking for a Delivery Coordinator to manage the full candidate cycle for temporary bookings across the Construction and M&E sectors. You’ll focus on fast, accurate fulfilment, building strong contractor pools, and ensuring every placement is fully compliant and efficiently delivered. Key Responsibilities Rapid Temp Fulfilment * Take ownership of all temp bookings passed from the sales team. * Review job briefs and confirm requirements, compliance, and site details. * Source available contractors quickly via the database, job boards, referrals, and talent pools. * Complete availability checks and suitability screening. * Confirm all assignment details with candidates and consultants. Contractor Pool Management * Maintain an active, compliant pool of pre‑screened contractors across key trades. * Carry out regular outreach to ensure accurate availability updates. Compliance & Accuracy * Work closely with Sales and Ops Admin to ensure full compliance prior to deployment. * Keep candidate profiles, RTW, qualifications, and timesheet info up to date. * Log all booking and candidate activity in Tracker in real time.
