Customer Service Administrator
Location: Poole
Salary: £26,000 + Company Bonus Scheme
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends)

Our client, a well-established business based in Poole, is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to clients and partners.

What you’ll be doing:
Liaising with service engineers to coordinate appointments and schedules
Managing and booking service diaries efficiently
Communicating regularly with end users to provide updates and support
Handling and resolving customer queries with professionalism and care
Updating service records and maintaining accurate information
Preparing reports and supporting general administrative tasks What we’re looking for:
Strong time management and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledge of Sage (beneficial, but not essential)
A proactive, professional, and customer-first attitude
Ability to multitask in a busy office environment What you’ll get in return:
