Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our flagship Skin Clinic. As one of the first team members, you'll play a vital role in shaping a world-class client experience and delivering exclusive, results-driven treatments, including advanced Hydra facials. This is an exciting chance to work with a leading skincare brand, delight clients, and help build a loyal customer base in this historic and dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver a wide range of professional facial treatments, with a focus on advanced Hydra facials.
* Provide expert skin consultations and design tailored treatment plans for each client.
* Build long-term, loyal relationships through exceptional results and outstanding customer care.
* Represent Avant Skincare as an ambassador for innovation, excellence, and luxury in the skincare industry.
* Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, professionalism, and presentation within the clinic.
* Work with the Marketing team to create content to promote the services offered
* Promote the services around in relevant places to gain more customers
* Stay at the forefront of skincare knowledge, product expertise, and treatment innovation.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a facialist, beautician, or skincare specialist.
* NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) preferred.
* Proven ability to deliver effective facial treatments with high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
* Experience with advanced facial technologies (HydraFacial or similar) strongly preferred.
* Experience and proven track record in promoting services offered to gain more customers
* Strong passion for skincare, wellness, and achieving visible results for clients.
* Professional, polished, and confident communication skills.
* A team player with the enthusiasm to grow with a new and exciting Skin clinic launch.
