As a Commercial Assistant, you will provide key support to the commercial team in managing customer accounts, maintaining accurate data, and assisting with the delivery of commercial targets. Commercial Assistant Key Responsibilities
* Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high service standards
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality product delivery
* Coordinate with external partners to ensure smooth operations and deliveries
* Keep customer data, sales figures, and key performance indicators up to date
* Help manage sales forecasting, promotional planning, and new product launches
Commercial Assistant Key Requirements
* Commercial experience within FMCG, Food, or Fresh Produce sectors
* Exposure to retail customers and an understanding of supply chain processes
* A passion to grow within commercial account support and management
* Ability to work collaboratively to achieve shared commercial goals
* Strong multitasking abilities and a positive, proactive attitude
* Proficient in maintaining accurate data and reporting
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
