Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join the expanding Web team of a growing organisation based in Oldbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to develop their digital skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Uploading content and images to the website
2. Writing on-site content including product descriptions
3. Assisting with email marketing and digital projects
4. Supporting the marketing team with campaigns and updates
5. Providing professional customer service support
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
6. A keen interest in websites and digital marketing
7. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn quickly
8. Previous experience in customer service or support
9. Strong written and verbal communication skills
10. Ability to work well both independently and within a team
11. Excellent time management, organisation, and problem-solving skills
12. A professional and friendly customer service approach
13. Confident telephone manner
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
15. A strong eye for detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
Hours – 08:00-17:00 Monday – Friday
£12.21 per hour
This position will be permanent after a successful trial period
