Job Description
We're working with a highly respected housing provider who are looking for a Reactive Surveyor to join their team. This temporary position is for an initial 3-month contract, offering hybrid working with travel across the South Wales area to respond to day-to-day repairs and void inspections.
This Reactive Surveyor role is offering:
* 30 days annual leave equivalent (accrued).

Key duties of the successful Reactive Surveyor:
* Inspecting reactive repair issues and assessing void properties.
* Completing safety-related checks in line with relevant housing standards.

* Supporting the delivery of repairs by liaising with contractors.
* Reviewing workmanship and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
* Providing clear updates to residents and internal teams.
