Job Description:

Kenvue is currently recruiting for the position of Commercial Strategy Manager based in High Wycombe. This role reports to the Senior CS Manager - Nicorette. Role Overview:

The Commercial Strategy team manages all elements of the marketing mix, including price, promotion, place, proposition, and product assortment. Success in this role is measured by your ability to develop plans that drive sales, profit, and market share for Kenvue and its retail partners. You will collaborate across departments to craft compelling commercial propositions and long-term strategies across a portfolio of Selfcare brands. This position offers a chance to deepen your strategic expertise, gain senior leadership visibility, and influence commercial decisions.


Key Responsibilities:

* Own the UK Commercial Proposition for a portfolio of Selfcare Brands.
* Lead the Commercial Strategy for your Brands and set execution standards in the UK market.
* Influence cross-functional teams to realize the potential of new product developments and initiatives, as well as out-of-plan opportunities.
* Lead the commercial aspects of the Annual Business Planning Cycle.


Qualifications:

* Experience in the FMCG industry.
* Background in multiple Commercial / National Accounts roles within Consumer Products, preferably across various customers and channels.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, and coaching skills.
* Proven leadership with a track record of delivering results through others.
* Performance-driven with adaptability and problem-solving skills.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Proficient in IT, especially Excel.
