Join as a Highways Engineer in our Transportation team. Our projects bring digitalisation to highways and transform the way people live and work. You will work with collaborative design teams across the country and the world, in an exciting era for UK highways, where intelligent networks, autonomous technology and mobility as a service are emerging.
Responsibilities
* Be part of the team responsible for the technical delivery of highway infrastructure projects using highways design, drainage and other engineering software packages.
* Mentor and coach team members and take responsibility for their technical development.
* Assist Project Managers on technical aspects of designs from project initiation through to completion.
* Delegate work to team members, program deliverables and monitor progress.
* Support the business in work‑winning activities, including representing the business at networking events and preparing tenders.
