What we’re looking for:
* At least 1 year of IT support experience in an office setting
* Confident communicator who enjoys helping others
* Good problem solver who stays organised under pressure
* Full UK driving licence and your own car (the office is not easy to reach by public transport)
* Happy to work the occasional bit of paid overtime, as required
What you’ll be doing:
* Helping customers by phone and email, solving their IT issues and giving great service
* Working closely with teammates and partners to get things done
* Keeping track of tickets using their service desk system
* Updating guides and help articles to make life easier for users
* Learning more about IT tools like Windows, Office 365, networking, and backups
