Job Description
Deliver and supervise effective administrative support to all employees within the school/ECC, and assist in providing an efficient front-line service to service users. This role aims to promote, deliver, and integrate the Council's key objectives, specifically related to the Community Plan, Shared Commitments, Single Outcome Agreement, and Best Value.
Requirements
The duties involve Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Successful applicants will need to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member for Regulated Work with these groups, or if already a member, undergo a PVG Scheme Record Update, before a formal employment offer is made by East Ayrshire Council.
Note: PVG records are constantly updated. Any relevant information disclosed will be discussed with the applicant prior to employment.

The Individual
This is a permanent, part-time, term-time position based at Patna Primary School, Patna.
The hours are 17.5 per week, scheduled at the Line Manager's discretion.
The full-time salary ranges from £25,953 to £27,173 annually. The actual part-time salary ranges from £11,130 to £11,653 annually.
