Field Services Coordinator (Job Dispatcher)
Location: hybrid – 3 days working at our Head Office in Brinkworth, Chippenham, 2 days at home.
Salary: £29,000 per annum
Hours: Full time – 37.5 hours per week

What You’ll Be Doing
* Coordination of service technicians & sub-contractors
* Collaboration with client managers to action findings from preventative maintenance visits
* Speaking with field teams, client managers & suppliers
* Creating purchase orders and following goods received processes
* Timely provision of materials raised from site works reports
* Ensure timely sharing & filing of reports
* Creating or updating plant data in the company's CRM system
What We’re Looking For
* Strong organisational skills
* Experience using Microsoft Office applications
* Experience in the field of scheduling or job coordination
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
