Role Overview
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with 3-4 years of experience who is looking to take the next step in their career. You will work alongside a supportive and experienced commercial team, gaining exposure to a wide variety of projects and helping to deliver complete packages from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, motivated, and keen to progress within a company that values growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the commercial aspects of multiple construction projects ranging from £1M to £15M in value
2. Work across a mix of new builds and fit-out projects
3. Assist in cost planning, tendering, procurement, and valuations
4. Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and final accounts
5. Liaise closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
6. Ensure projects are delivered in line with financial targets and timelines
7. Attend site meetings and report on commercial performance
What We're Looking For
8. 3-4 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor (ideally with a main contractor)
9. Experience working on commercial or mixed-use developments
10. Strong understanding of fit-out and new build processes
11. Excellent communication and organisational skills
12. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
13. Relevant qualifications (HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field)
14. Full UK driving licence
