Red Bull UK and Acosta Europe are looking for Field Sales Representatives (known as Strikers to Red Bull) to join our team based across the UK.

We are part of one of the largest Sales and Marketing agencies in the world and are currently seeking a Field Sales Representative (Striker) to represent our partner Red Bull to drive brand awareness and sales of their products.
Role details and expectations: you will be responsible for representing Red Bull, developing relationships with key decision makers in stores, and driving distribution, availability, and visibility targets while delivering world-class customer service.
Responsibilities
* Be the face of our client, Red Bull, forging relationships with key decision makers in stores across your territory.
* Visit independent retailers or major stores in your territory on a regular call cycle.
* Deliver world class customer service to customers and internal/external stakeholders.
* Meet daily/weekly distribution, availability, and visibility targets.
* Use an entrepreneurial mindset to manage and drive the success of your territory.
* Negotiate increased space and maintain incremental displays.
* Maximise brand awareness, educate customers on new product opportunities, and implement in-store activations.
* Contribute to marketing initiatives with in-store execution and POS activities.
Compliance and Data
* Conduct audits to ensure promotional activity complies with the approved brief and intervene to maintain compliance.
* Ensure product availability on fixtures and chillers with correct prices displayed; ensure correct execution of all new product launches.
* Provide accurate feedback and recommendations for promotion improvements.
* Record response data accurately and take high-quality photos of activities with concise descriptions.
Insights and Technical
* Provide market intelligence and competitor activity feedback.
* Keep abreast of trends and information concerning the channel.
* Analyse intervention data to drive actions and determine in-store visit dynamics.
* Utilise sales data and case studies to pre-sell upcoming activity for incremental stock orders and displays.
Administration
* Manage journey plans in line with the briefing process.
* Ensure point of sale and promotional material is available in sufficient quantities.
* Attend monthly team meetings.
Experience
* Experience within FMCG, retail or a sales environment is preferred; we consider motivated applicants from other sectors.
* Enthusiasm for the Red Bull brand and drive to succeed.
* Ability to work autonomously in a field-based environment.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills and strong interpersonal skills, including rapport building and influencing.
* Proven selling skills, commercial acumen, self-motivation, determination and target-driven mindset.
* Experience valued over formal education.
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
* Travel 90-100%.
Compensation and Benefits
* Salary: £27,166
* Bonus: 15% Performance Related
