Key Responsibilities

* Install, commission, and maintain a range of automatic door systems, including sliding, swing, and revolving doors
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive call-outs
* Diagnose and repair faults on automatic doors and access control systems
* Work with and support systems including:
o CDVI(access control & locking solutions)
o Recordautomatic door systems
o Paxton / PaxLock / PaxLock Prowireless access control
* Ensure all work complies with relevant safety standards (e.g., BS EN 16005)
* Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time
* Provide technical advice and support to customers on-site
* Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
