Job Title: Supply Teacher
Location: Bolton
Salary: £2400– £3000 (ECT’s welcome too)
Contract Type: Temporary.
Jan 2026 – July 2026 (salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications)
The role and the school
We are looking for adaptable, inclusive, determined, and motivated supply teachers to work across the Bolton area—ideal for those who have decided that full classroom responsibility isn’t for them but still want to make a meaningful impact by supporting pupils from a different angle and acting as a steady anchor in the classroom, including within welcoming two-form entry schools in Bolton.
Requirements
To be considered for the Primary Teacher, you will:
1. Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/PGCE); ECTs are welcome to apply
2. Qualified teacher with experience delivering effective teaching across the curriculum
3. Committed to setting high expectations and promoting academic excellence
4. Strong classroom management skills with a clear understanding of differentiated teaching
5. Passionate about inspiring young learners and supporting their academic and personal development
6. Able to work collaboratively with school staff and engage positively with the wider school community
7. Excellent communication skills with a proactive, flexible, and positive approach to teaching
