The Opportunity We’re on the lookout for a Final Account & Commercial Assistant — someone proactive, confident, and eager to make a difference. You’ll play a key role in managing project final accounts, reconciling statements, and supporting our Commercial and Operations teams to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. What You’ll Do * Manage and reconcile final accounts with clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness. * Liaise with developers, internal teams, and clients to maintain clear and timely communication. * Support the Commercial Manager with reporting, project coordination, and ad hoc tasks. * Assist Operations with project and account updates, bridging gaps between departments. * Be proactive — chasing missing information, spotting efficiencies, and helping meet key deadlines. * Maintain professional, consistent communication across all channels. What You’ll Bring * Previous experience in account reconciliation or a similar finance/admin support role (preferred, not essential). * Strong communication and organisational skills. * Logical thinker with a problem-solving mindset. * Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently. * Confident using Excel, accounting systems, and other office software. * A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
