The right person for the role will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience; · Assisting clients with enquiries on initial paperwork · Applying for searches · Preparing contract packs · Dealing with basic enquiries · Applying for Management Pack · Exchanging contracts · Obtaining details for gifted deposit · Legal checks · Obtaining and uploading information on mortgage platforms · Drafting completion statements · General conveyancing duties from file opening to exchange · Telephone calls · Other duties when required to cover sickness and holidays.
