A new opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual who has a legal background in contract document t review/paralegal to join this leading commodities firm. Working as part of the team you will provide key support to the Head of Legal and Compliance. The role is hybrid 2 days in fantastic new offices in Central London and 3 days working from home.
The role will initially be for 6 months to assist on an important project reviewing and updating client contracts. Attention to detail and accuracy is essential. Training and support will be given on technical aspects involved in the commodities sector.
The role will involve
Improving efficiencies in the firm's contract process ensuring legal and regulatory obligations are being met
Conducting audits and produce reports on the findings
Review commercial contracts and NDA's
Assist in streamlining workflows
Carry out monitoring of breaches and identify areas of weakness
Assist in providing compliance advice to the business
Due to the urgency of the project we are seeing someone immediately available who has good experience reviewing contracts and legal documentation and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
This role could suit a paralegal, legal executive or Co Sec from a law firm, industry or consultancy.
