About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Local Marketing Manager UKIto support our growth across the UK and Ireland. This role is pivotal in planning and delivering trade marketing activities, supporting sales with effective communication tools, and ensuring alignment with our global brand strategy. The successful candidate will bring strong project management experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive impactful marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, international environment.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute local trade marketing initiatives aligned with brand strategy.
2. Create and adapt sales support materials for the UK market in collaboration with headquarters.
3. Manage relationships with PR and design agencies.
4. Coordinate closely with sales to optimise trade materials and communication plans.
5. Plan and execute trade fairs and events with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Contribute to product launches, relaunches, and cross-functional projects.
7. Oversee merchandise, promotional activities, and in-house branding at the Blackburn site.
Your Profile
8. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
9. 3–5 years’ professional experience in marketing.
10. Proven success in delivering local marketing campaigns.
11. Strong project management skills with high initiative.
12. Agency management experience.
13. Analytical, creative, and pragmatic mindset.
14. Fluent English; additional languages an advantage.
15. Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
16. Based in or able to commute to the Greater Manchester area.
