Long Term Futures are supporting a secondary school in Camden to appoint a motivated and experienced Deputy Head of Key Stage 3.
This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an ambitious teacher ready to step into a strategic pastoral and academic role, supporting the Head of KS3 in driving standards, behaviour and student progress across the key stage.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the strategic leadership of KS3
Drive academic progress and behaviour standards
Monitor attendance, attainment and student wellbeing
Lead on pastoral systems and year group support
Work closely with SLT, Heads of Year and subject leaders
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
QTS and strong secondary teaching experience
Experience in middle leadership or pastoral leadership
Strong understanding of KS3 curriculum and assessment
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Commitment to high standards and student outcomes
