We’re supporting a global engineering manufacturer in hiring a QC Team Leader to lead inspection activities and drive quality improvements across production.
Key focus
* Lead day-to-day QC inspection
* Support SPC, MSA & process capability
* Drive Lean continuous improvement
* Develop team capability, training & performance
* Work closely with operations to support on-time delivery
What we need
* Team leadership experience in manufacturing quality
* Strong knowledge of SPC / MSA / process capability
* Continuous improvement mindset
* ISO 9001 knowledge ideal
