Job Title: Social Worker Adults Location: Merseyside Hours: 37 hours per week (full-time) Rate: £40 per hour Job type: Locum / Agency Adults Social Worker Role Overview: As part of this innovative service, you will play a crucial role in providing a strengths based, outcome focussed assessment service to all adults. Adult Social Worker Key Responsibilities: To contribute to the delivery of strengths based social care service as outlined in national legislation and guidance and in line with county policies and procedures To conduct robust Care Act reviews and support planning, to ensure all service provisions meet the statutory requirements and service user’s needs To contribute to the provision of high quality assessments and support plans To identify and eliminate instances of financial waste through a meticulous review of current expenditures and service provisions. To implement measures to prevent the misuse of direct payments Candidate Requirements for the Adults Social Worker role: A recognised social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent) At least 3 years’ post-qualifying experience Current registration with Social Work England Experience in adult social care Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to adult social care Benefits of working with Pertemps?
