You will be part of a skilled team that includes teachers, therapists and experienced support staff. Each day will involve providing targeted assistance, using visual supports, helping with regulation strategies and promoting independence throughout the school day.Key Responsibilities- Supporting pupils with autism and communication needs in a structured classroom environment- Following individual learning plans and communication approaches- Using visual timetables, structured routines and regulation strategies effectively- Supporting pupils during lessons, movement around school and planned activities- Promoting a calm, safe and inclusive learning environment- Working collaboratively with teachers and specialists to deliver tailored supportWho We Are Looking ForThe school values applicants with experience in SEND, particularly autism and speech and language needs.
