Job Title: Customer ServiceAdministrator Hours: Mon Fri 8.30am 5.00pm with one day on rotation finishing at 4.00pm Salary: £25,000 per annum Location: Staveley, Chesterfield Responsible to: Office Supervisor Main Purpose: Responsible for all aspects of administration, dealing with customers and answering telephone calls. Full training will be providedupon joining the business. Main tasks and duties Working within a busy office environment in a customer service role Must be able to work well in both an individual & with a wider team setting. Effectively deal with customers at all levels, both internally & externally in both verbal and written formats. Provide a high level of customer service to your customers. Manage own workload within a busyofficeenvironment Deal accurately and efficiently with all types of customer enquiries, keeping all key stakeholders fully informed throughout the process. Fully investigating any issueson customer orders& reportingto upper management. Ability to make sound commercial decisions where needed. IT literate Microsoft office packages. To be flexible & adaptable approach to the role and have the ability to assist wider team where necessary.
