Job Description
Purpose: This position supports the vision of “exceptional coaching, inspired players and creating a legacy for the game”. It involves delivering engaging digital content to enhance coach learning and development.
The role requires creative design skills, innovation, and a desire to 'break from the norm'. A cricket background or understanding of coaching philosophies is desirable. We seek candidates passionate about developing people through digital content.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop a creative content strategy to modernise coaching engagement.
2. Collaborate with various stakeholders to produce impactful content.
3. Align digital resources with ECB strategies and initiatives.
4. Create multi-format digital content, including social media, videos, graphics, and eLearning.
5. Build and grow a community of coaches engaged with ECB’s digital offerings.
6. Implement strategies to maximise content reach outside ECB delivery.
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience in creating digital content that influences behaviour.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Experience in education or people development.
* Understanding of modern learning principles.
* Sound knowledge of cricket and coaching.
