About the Role
Five Education is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Partner to work 1:1 with a child with Autism in a welcoming school setting in Bath (BA2). This is a full-time position, ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them thrive both academically and emotionally.
You will work closely with school staff to provide tailored support, promote positive behaviour, and encourage engagement in learning.
Who This Role Is For
This position would suit:
Individuals from a support worker, care, youth work, or education background
Candidates with a calm, patient, and empathetic approach
People who enjoy working consistently with the same child and building strong relationships
Prior experience with Autism is ideal but not essential, as training and ongoing support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 support to a pupil with Autism
Support learning, emotional regulation, and social development
Adapt activities to meet individual needs
Work closely with teachers and SEN staff
Encourage independence and positive classroom engagement

- Able to work 5 days a week (term time only), Monday-Friday 8:30-15:30
- Right to work in the UK - we CANNOT accept sponsorship or a skilled worker visa

- Up-to-date DBS/police check, or be willing to obtain one*
*Please note, if you do not have a Non-Voluntary Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, we will need to help you process a new one at a cost of £62.70. This will be refunded after 20 days of work with us.

Pay: Five Education operates a PAYE payroll; this is the most transparent way to be paid with no hidden fees such as admin fee or employer's NI. Please note pay rate is for illustration and does include holiday pay.
