International Sales & Key Account Manager Packaging Materials - WhatYou'llbeDoingEachDay:
Significantopportunitytogrowinaninternationaltradingbusiness.ThefocusonthemarketingandsellingofvariousPackagingRawMaterials(Steel,Plastics,paper,andMetals)totheMiddleEast,Europe,andAfrica.ThepositionistomanageandnurturetheexistingexportsalesbusinessanddevelopnewbusinessinavarietyofproductsincludingbutnotlimitedtoPlastics,Paper,Tinplate,AluminiumSlugs,CoatedSteelproducts,ColdRolledsteelandAluminiumprofiles.
Drivetheexistingbusinessanddevelopnewcustomersandproducts.
Cooperateandliaisewithcustomersandsuppliersworldwide.
Travelfrequentlytomeetregionaloffices,suppliers,andcustomers.
Achieveandexceedsalestargetsinlinewiththecompanystrategy,definedKPI'sandagreedannualbudget.
Identifypotentialwithinnewandexistingcustomersanddevisestrategieswithaviewtogrowingthedepartmentsturnoverinlinewiththebusinessgrowthplans.
Workcloselywithlocalcolleaguesaswellastheregionalofficestoachievedesignatedgrowthtargets.
Monthlyreportingonsalesandmarketingactivitytothelinemanagerandotherstakeholders.
LearntouseSAPandcontributetoourdatabaseandothermanagementinformationsystems.
Deviseanddelivertechnicalandcommercialproductpresentationstoawiderangeofstakeholders.
Teammanagement:
Providecleardirection,support,andguidancetofiveteammemberstoachievedepartmentalandorganisationalgoals.
Fosterapositiveandinclusiveteamculturebyidentifyingtrainingneeds,mentoringstaff,andfacilitatingprofessionaldevelopmentopportunities.
Setperformanceexpectations,conductregularevaluations,andmanageperformancethroughcoaching,feedback,andformalreviews.
Participateintherecruitmentprocess,onboardingnewhires,andensuringasmoothintegrationintotheteam.

Provenexperiencemanagingdiverseteams.
Productknowledgeofpackagingrawmaterials(eitherPlastics/Paper/Steel/Aluminium)
Teamplayerandabletobuildrelationshipwithcolleaguesfromdifferentnationalities(bothUKandoverseas)
InternationaltravelexperiencepreferablyinMENAregion
GoodknowledgeofshippingandINCOTERMS
StrongMicrosoftOfficeskills.
Willingtotravelfrequentlytovisitsupplies/customers/tradeexhibitionsinAsia,MiddleEast,AfricaandEurope.1020weeksannually(Europetripstypically24days;Asia/Africatripsapprox.712days)
