Overview
A forward‑thinking printer seeks an Account Manager who brings reliability, friendliness, and professionalism. The role focuses on quality, first‑class customer service, reliability, and exemplary turnaround times to become the go‑to printer for clients.
Responsibilities
* Act as the direct point of contact for key clients.
* Manage the start‑to‑finish workflow for all print projects, ensuring expected delivery and client satisfaction.
* Service client needs on a daily basis and collaborate with team members using high energy and an outgoing personality.
* Ensure timely communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
* Experience in the print, packaging, or paper sectors.
* Knowledge of Tharstern or other MIS systems is beneficial.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
