Job Posting Title: Supervisor, EMEA Motion Picture Business Application Req ID: 10134422 Job Description: About the Role & Team This role will m anage the EMEA Motion Picture theatrical applications to ensure all incidents are being worked within agreed SLA, prioritized and documented for the business team. The role provides first level contact for all users incident and questions as well as the business analyst for the global product owner and development team for any system development testing and release. Support the EMEA Studio Business Relationship Manager and Product owners in project deployment, product releases, user training when required. Provides Motion Picture applications ticket reporting status and updates to key stakeholders This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home. What You Will Do Motion Pictures Sustainment support role: First level support: User creation/maintenance for both Disney and external users Incident acknowledgement, application allocation, prioritization, and description completion Second level support incident analysis: investigate incident potential failure root cause analysis by: workflow connection between applications (upstream and downstream) and vendors research (Elastic search, Kibana, etc) Organizing meetings with the EMEA business leads ensuring that their key incidents are being monitored and prioritized with product owners and engineering team. Support Product owner and EMEA business team on user stories UAT when required Support release deployment user training when required Support projects deployment with training, Q&A documentation Support new vendor set-up, testing and onboarding (e.g. new e-delivery vendor) Performing post-resolution analysis to identify where risk of issues re-occurring can be minimized or eliminated. Producing documentation for system functionality to improve system knowledge. Initiating and participating in project work to improve departmental methods and processes. Working with regional ops teams to carry out analysis on business requirements and writing suitable user stories for application technical teams. Work with EMEA business team & vendors to continuously improve eDelivery coverage across region – i.e., config updates as requested by territory teams, quarterly coverage audit. Support and work with EMEA business team on ongoing Business Continuity project Support and work with EMEA business team on ongoing Vendor Audit project MP EMEA Application reporting & KPI expert: Provides ticket status and resolution updates to key stakeholders Provides reporting and ticket KPI report to the operations and management team, Suggests KPI improvements on ticket resolution Contributes to enhanced support to operations team through understanding and collecting business priorities, incident prioritization and therefore improved ticket resolution and operational performance. MP EMEA Project delivery support: Supports the EMEA Business Relationship Manager and product owners for EMEA project delivery, ensuring: business requirements are gathered, documented, specified supporting product owners in unit and integration testing managing user testing providing user training material and support communications collects, supports incident prioritization and testing Required Qualifications & Skills > 5 years of engineering technology experience 2-3 yrs of experience performing business analysis within a large enterprise covering both business and information technology domains Ability to use querying languages to extract and analyse data (e.g. SQL) 2-3 yrs of experience using Agile SCRUM methodology Understanding of Supply Chain Concepts (Just in time, Available to promise etc Strong problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal skills and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and to translate business requirements for technical developers Ability to work within a collaborative team environment Business process definition capabilities, including the ability to capture process flows visually according to standard methodologies Responsive to business needs and highly motivated to improve the skills and capabilities of his/her organization A sense of ownership and responsibility for delivery Ability to learn, understand and apply new technologies Must be able to work independently, support several projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business or related field The Perks 25 days annual leave Private medical insurance & dental care Free Park Entry: You will have the opportunity to enter any of our parks with your family and friends for free Disney Discounts: you are entitled to discounts on designated Disney products, resort F&B and ticketing Excellent parental and guardian leave Employee Resource Groups – WOMEN @ Disney, Disney Mosaic, Disney PRIDE, our disability & neurodiversity focused group - ENABLED, and our Mental Health & Wellbeing Group, TRUST.
