Crown Paints, a proud member of the Hempel Group, is on the lookout for a hardworking Production Operative to improve our polymer production team at our UK Manufacturing Plant in Darwen, Lancashire. By producing our own polymers for decorative coating products, we sit at the core of Hempel’s ambitious growth strategy. This is your chance to be at the forefront of our business, crafting polymers for our world-class paint products.

1. Craft various Polymer grades, following strict protocols
2. Perform product testing and verification
3. Surpass our production targets
4. Handle raw materials and run ancillary duties.

What should you bring to be successful in this role
7. Experience in a process manufacturing environment
8. Ability to meet production goals and adhere to SOPs, with a keen eye for quality
9. Technical curiosity and problem-solving proficiency
10. A proactive, collaborative spirit, with a strive to excel.
