Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Duties
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient operations.
* Oversee food preparation and production processes, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations.
* Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels for kitchen and bar operations.
* Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a collaborative team environment.
* Develop menus in collaboration with culinary staff, focusing on quality and seasonal ingredients.
* Ensure that all health and safety standards are met in accordance with local regulations.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
* Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar supervisory position.
* Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and cooking techniques.
* Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
* Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
* Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous.
* Familiarity with barista duties or beverage service is a plus.

Pay: £37,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
