Supplier Quality Engineer - Farnborough- Manufacturing - Up to £36kWe are currently recruiting for a Supplier Quality Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Farnborough. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established companysupporting industrial, commercial and military sectors across the UK and internationally.Key Responsibilities:Conduct internal and supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvementMaintain supplier approval records, certifications and compliance documentationInvestigate supplier-related quality issues and lead root cause analysis and corrective actionsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rejected materials and improve supplier performanceCollaborate with manufacturing, procurement and engineering teams to support quality and compliance objectivesSupport production teams by identifying process improvement opportunitiesPrepare and maintain audit findings, compliance reports and quality documentationCommunicate with suppliers regarding corrective actions, design changes and first article inspectionsSkills & Experience Required:Minimum of 3 years experience within a Quality Engineering role in a manufacturing or engineering environmentStrong understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management SystemsExperience conducting supplier audits and managing supplier quality activitiesProven problem-solving experience using Root Cause Analysis and continuous improvement toolsAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsKnowledge of mechanical inspection techniques and toolsStrong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teamsProficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systemsThis role will involve travel to suppliers across the UK and occasionally Europe, so flexibility to travel & driving licenseis essential.If youre a proactive Quality Engineer looking to join a growing and innovative manufacturing business, wed love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
