Head of Data Science (Hands-On) – Fintech – London (Hybrid, 2–3 Days/Week) – Up to £130k + 20% Bonus + Benefits

In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a team of four Data Scientists while staying actively involved in coding and model development. You’ll have the autonomy to make strategic decisions that directly impact the company’s growth and performance. What you’ll bring:
* Proven experience with Python and SQL
* Strong expertise in AI, OpenAI, and LLMs
