OVERVIEW:
-The firm is looking for an experienced conveyancer with experience managing all aspects of the conveyancing process from start to finish
-The caseload will consist of, freehold sales and purchase, leasehold sales and purchase, shared ownership, right to buy, remortgage, transfers of equity, newbuilds, and help to buy shared equity
-You will be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE
-Previous experience in a similar role
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-You will offer exceptional levels of client care
-The firm are looking for an immediate available locum to cover a period of maternity leave
