Our client, a leading name in the construction and highways sector, is looking for a skilled Bid Writer to join their team in Basingstoke (RG21). 🔹 Location: Basingstoke (Hybrid – up to 40% remote)
🔹 Salary: £42,000 – £60,000 (depending on experience)
🔹 Contract Type: Permanent
🔹 Start Date: ASAP
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Writing, editing, and managing PQQ and tender submissions
* Organising and leading workshops to support bid development
* Developing compelling win themes from strategy meetings
* Creating tailored, high-quality written content and supporting materials
* Researching and writing supporting info including CVs, case studies, and innovations
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a bid/proposal writing or work winning environment
* Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word
* A proactive self-starter and team player comfortable liaising with a wide range of stakeholders
