Job Title: Receptionist

Purpose of the Role
You will be the first point of contact for customers, visitors and service professionals. Your role is Key to maintaining a professional and welcoming environment here at our head office.
Key Responsibilities
Welcoming visitors, offering refreshments and helping them as needed
Ensure colleagues are informed of any offsite visitor's arrival
Main point of contact for Belmont House Reception regarding registration of visitors and their parking requirement
Managing post - ensuring it is logged, scanned and forwarded to the appropriate person/team
Ensuring that meeting rooms and offices are presentable for client presentations
Support the office manager with ensuring that a stock of stationary, cereal, snacks ect are available in the appropriate staff areas
Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
Management of the access control system (including access card management, weekly reporting, fault escalation)
Answering all phone calls and responding in timely manner. Gate Keeping when necessary and escalating any issues in a timely manner
Maintaining the Reception Area - ensuring the reception area is tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary materials (including the customer refreshments area)
Support the office manager with ordering, contractor management and event planning as and when required
Skills & Experience Required

Ability to explain to finance and non-finance colleagues alike.
