Job Title: Receptionist

Purpose of the Role
You will be the first point of contact for customers, visitors and service professionals. Your role is Key to maintaining a professional and welcoming environment here at our head office.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming visitors, offering refreshments and helping them as needed
* Ensure colleagues are informed of any offsite visitor’s arrival
* Main point of contact for Belmont House Reception regarding registration of visitors and their parking requirement
* Managing post - ensuring it is logged, scanned and forwarded to the appropriate person/team
* Ensuring that meeting rooms and offices are presentable for client presentations
* Support the office manager with ensuring that a stock of stationary, cereal, snacks ect are available in the appropriate staff areas
* Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
* Management of the access control system (including access card management, weekly reporting, fault escalation)
* Answering all phone calls and responding in timely manner. Gate Keeping when necessary and escalating any issues in a timely manner
* Maintaining the Reception Area - ensuring the reception area is tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary materials (including the customer refreshments area)
* Support the office manager with ordering, contractor management and event planning as and when required
Skills & Experience Required
