Job Title - Agriculture Lecturer

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Agriculture professional to join a quality team of lecturers and inspire the next generation of learners.

Role Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and high‑quality teaching across Agriculture courses.
* Plan, prepare and assess learning activities to support student progression and achievement.
* Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring content aligns with current agricultural industry trends and standards.
* Support students in developing their practical farming skills, technical knowledge, and employability within the agriculture and land‑based sector.
* Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
* Develop industry partnerships with farms, agricultural businesses, and land‑based organisations to enhance student learning opportunities, work placements, and industry engagement.
Essential Requirements
* A Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Agriculture or a related land‑based subject.
* Extensive industry experience within the agriculture or farming sector.
* A teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
