We’re looking for an exceptional Product Complaints Specialist to join a medical device organisation committed to innovation, compliance and improving lives worldwide.
As a Product Complaints Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring product complaints are investigated thoroughly, resolved efficiently and handled in accordance with global regulatory and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and investigating product complaints from initial intake through to closure
* Conducting root cause analysis and supporting CAPA activities
* Ensuring compliance with MDR, FDA, ISO 13485 and internal quality processes
* Identifying trends and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support timely and accurate investigations
* Maintaining clear, compliant documentation and complaint records
Requirements
* Experience within the medical device industry
* Background in complaints handling, quality assurance, post-market surveillance or investigations
* Strong understanding of regulatory and quality standards
* Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills
* Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for quality and patient safety
* Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
