Solicitor - Commercial Property Lawyer - Devon - 3+ Years PQE

Salary: £55,000 to £75,000
A respected regional firm is seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer to join its expanding Commercial Department in Devon. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a non-litigious team focused purely on transactional and commercial property matters, with flexibility for hybrid working and a supportive, collaborative environment.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:
* General commercial property transactions
* Acquisitions and disposals
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Supporting clients with a broad range of commercial property needs
* Building strong client relationships through clear communication and prompt service
* Collaborating with colleagues across multiple offices to deliver high-quality outcomes
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 3 years PQE in commercial property law
* Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Confidence in managing files independently
* Enthusiasm, hard work, and a proactive team-player mindset
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
