We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join an Outstanding SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school in St Leonards-on-Sea. This is a full-time permanent SEN Teacher role working with pupils aged 5-16 years who require a nurturing, structured, and consistent environment to thrive.

About the SEN Teacher Role:
Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to students with SEMH and additional needs
Work closely with pastoral and therapeutic teams
Support students' emotional well-being and academic progress
Be a consistent, calm, and resilient role model
Engage in whole-school life and contribute to a positive school culture
Requirements - SEN Teacher:
QTS or equivalent UK teaching qualification (essential)
Experience working in an SEMH or SEND setting is highly desirable
Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
A calm, compassionate and resilient approach to teaching
Commitment to long-term, impactful teaching in a specialist setting
