Your Role
As a (Senior) Python Backend Developer at RoomPriceGenie, you'll step into an exciting, fast-paced role at a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company. You'll join our Reporting & Customer Journey team to take on diverse and impactful responsibilities that drive our success, including:
* Collaborate with a talented team of developers, leveraging Python and Django to create innovative solutions.
* Evolve our architecture to seamlessly scale with an increasing number of users, features, and data—help us grow!
* Partner closely with Product and Design teams, taking full ownership of projects from conception through post-deployment in a dynamic, collaborative setting.
* Serve as an Individual Contributor. Your insights and expertise will shape our technical direction.
* Cultivate a strong engineering organization and vibrant development culture, fostering an environment where creativity and excellence thrive.
Your Profile
* 3+ years of professional development experience with Python—you’re seasoned and ready to tackle new challenges.
* Advanced expertise in Python frameworks, particularly Django, to build robust applications.
* Proven experience in developing and deploying CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery processes.
* Strong understanding of software design principles that drive quality and maintainability.
* Excellent communication skills—you can articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively.
* High ownership mentality—you take pride in your work and see projects through to completion.
* A true team player—egoless and empathetic, you thrive in a collaborative environment.
* Fluent in English, with a knack for engaging in technical discussions.
* Based in the European Time Zone (UTC+0 / UTC+2) to align with our team's schedules.
