About our position
We are looking for a skilled Cloud Services Support Analyst who is responsible for installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of networks, and computer systems. Provide technical support and troubleshoot problems on Hosting customer’s systems as appropriate in a Microsoft Azure hosting environment.

What you’ll be doing

1. Supporting/administering/maintaining all Hosting customer systems as appropriate (Microsoft Azure)
2. Supporting/administering/maintaining all Hosting customer backup/restore processes
3. Supporting/administering/maintaining Hosting infrastructure monitoring systems
4. Supporting/administering/maintaining all system security related issues
5. Maintaining iMIS knowledge to effectively support and upgrade Hosting customer’s iMIS systems as necessary
6. Azure Automation
7. User account administration for all Hosting customers
8. Azure SQL database management/administration activities for Hosting customers as necessary
9. SQL Managed Instance management/administration activities for Hosting customers as necessary
10. SQL Server database management/administration activities for Hosting customers as necessary
11. Upgrading iMIS implementation to latest release as necessary
12. Supporting ASI initiatives as necessary/required
13. Administering Hosting Issues Management queue as necessary
14. Participating in quarterly Departmental and Corporate BSC reviews
15. Managing attainment of personal BSC initiatives
16. Completing yearly professional development initiatives
17. Mentoring team members as necessary
18. Addressing Hosting Issues Management queue items in a timely fashion and close as required
19. Participating in Hosting On Call program
20. Performing other duties as assigned Manager, Hosting Operations, Global Director of Technical Support or Senior Management

What we want you to have

21. 3-5 years of IT/Cloud experience delivering and supporting technology solutions
22. Microsoft Azure Administration
23. iMIS systems management experience
24. Good oral, written, analytical, and people skills
25. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced technology environment
26. Azure SQL administration skills
27. Azure Automation
28. Zendesk Ticketing system
29. Understanding of ASP .NET and related technologies
30. Understanding of IIS technologies
31. Understanding of virtualization technologies
32. Strong Microsoft operating system and applications knowledge
33. Basic iMIS knowledge
34. Some after hours and weekend work is required to support product upgrades and on call Hosting support.

Compensation
Compensation for this position is determined based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, an individual’s skills, experience, training, certifications, education, geographic location, business needs, and internal equity. The current estimated compensation range for this role is £35,000-£45,000. Compensation may vary for candidates in other locations.
