Role Overview
St Peter & St James Hospice is seeking a skilled Fundraising Database & Reporting Manager to lead our data and reporting strategy. You will ensure data quality, accuracy, and insight are used to maximise income and improve supporter experience. The role involves managing our CRM (Raiser’s Edge NXT), providing guidance and training to users, and working across the Fundraising team to embed data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement data and reporting strategies to support fundraising and marketing
* Use data insight to identify new income opportunities, donor trends, and growth areas
* Design dashboards, models, and reports to track income, forecast trends, and monitor KPIs
* Maintain and manage Raiser’s Edge NXT, ensuring GDPR compliance and data integrity
* Create policies, processes, and best practice guides for CRM users
* Train and support staff to maximise effective use of the database
* Project manage CRM upgrades and improvements
* Conduct regular data audits, housekeeping, and Gift Aid management
