We’re recruiting Care Team Leaders – Nights to guide our night teams, uphold excellent standards, and ensure residents receive safe, person‑centred support throughout the night.

What You’ll Do
* Lead and coordinate the night care team.
* Oversee personal and psychological care, ensuring consistency and compassion.
* Support care planning and resident assessments.
* Carry out clinical observations and refer appropriately to registered nurses.
* Administer medication under a delegation model.
* Supervise and coach team members through 1:1s and development planning.
About You
* Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent).
* Experienced in supervising or leading staff in a residential or nursing home.
* Calm, confident, and passionate about person‑centred care.
* Comfortable with medication administration and digital care systems.
* Eager to build your career, including through funded CHaPs training.
