For more information, please visit the.team. This role is focused on and responsible for supporting Outsource, Purchasing and procurement department. Please note, this role will be office based Monday - Friday. Collaborating with multiple stakeholders and departments across business units and functions, you will be responsible for the administration and sourcing for outsourcing, purchasing and procurement of products, services, materials from our supply chain. This will focus on areas such as, the entire supply chain for outsourcing, internal print production materials, packaging, fabrication materials. The view is to deliver optimum commercial outcomes by sourcing and placing work within the supply chain and driving profit for LIVE·TEAM. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Working within this extremely busy and challenging role you will be tasked with: Administration and sourcing within the agreed supply chain for projects and operational material requirements across multiple disciplines, sourcing from multiple suppliers and partners across the UK and other worldwide suppliers. Achieve cost savings and monitor purchasing costs against rate cards to ensure consistency. Deliver quality and service levels across all supply chains. Monitor email and management Information system requests. Work with the Sustainability and Environmental team and develop the sourcing of products and end of life process to ensure that this adheres with the LIVE·TEAM Sustainability and Environmental direction and product life circularity. Identify and prevent leakage and localised purchasing within the account and production teams. THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED: You will be an out-going, organised, capable, friendly and helpful, a confident self-starter. Able to problem solve, work to deadlines and have fantastic organisation skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritise. Excellent communication skills – verbal and written. Strong computer skills, particularly with Excel and MS office suite. A stickler for processes and getting it right first time. You will take pride in your work, remaining focused, calm, and motivated.
