The role involves engaging in conversations to find out customers’ needs, providing information about our full savings range, products and services, helping customers review their circumstances and goals, and giving a straightforward, helpful service that lets enthusiasm and professionalism shine.

Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact: warmly welcome customers in‑branch and over the phone, creating a positive first interaction.
* Engage and understand: ask insightful questions to uncover and understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Listen and tailor solutions: listen carefully to each customer’s unique circumstances and offer personalised solutions that meet their needs.
* Proactive outreach: reach out to customers over the phone, identifying their needs and discussing how we can support them.
* Maintain accurate records: ensure customer records are up‑to‑date and accurate, focusing on vulnerable customers.
* Adhere to policies: understand and adhere to policies, standards and controls, with training and coaching to support the role.
Qualifications
* Previous experience of interacting with customers, either in person or over the phone.
* Experience in a contact‑centre environment is highly valued.
* Background in retail, food & beverage, guest services or health/care sectors is acceptable if you demonstrate passion for exceptional service.
* Ability to work well alongside others with a one‑team mindset.
* Strong time‑management and flexibility to handle a wide variety of customers when the day gets busy.
* Desire and ability to grow, adapt and change while accommodating business needs and priorities.
